ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE – Rooms may be occupied from 14h00 daily. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to have something to eat or drink in the restaurant while we get your room ready. Please vacate your room by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

ROOM OCCUPANCY – We offer 10 hotel rooms. Executive rooms accommodate 2 guests. No extra guests will be allowed. Royal suites can be converted to family rooms and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (4y-16y) sharing.

CHILDREN – ACCOMMODATION – Kindly note that we do not allow children under the age of 4 years. Children under 12 years are required to share a room with an adult/parent.

ROOM RATES & BOOKINGS – Our room rates are per room, for 2 guests. We offer a Room Only rate, that includes a complimentary continental pre packed breakfast.

RESTAURANT TRADING HOURS – Monday: CLOSED
Tue – Sat: 08h00 to 21h00 (Breakfast & A la Carte) / Sunday: 08h00 to 15h00 (Breakfast & Sunday Lunch Buffet)

ROOM SERVICE – Room service bears a R50 tray-charge.

SMOKING – Excalibur is a non-smoking facility. Hotel guests are requested to refrain from smoking inside rooms. Please use balconies, where ashtrays are provided.

CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION
Reservations cancelled 0-7 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled 14-8 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled 21-15 days prior to arrival will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
No-shows / Early departure will be charged 100% cancellation.

Any refunds made, will be less bank charges and a refund fee of R 30 per transaction.

PAYMENT POLICIES
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking with full payment due 7 days prior to arrival.
100 % payment required in order to secure a booking.
